Diogo de Sousa Archaeological Museum, Braga, Portugal

The collections in Braga's archaeological museum consist mainly of spoils of archaeological excavations in Northern Portugal, particularly in the city of Braga.
The museum also includes a Roman floor, located in its original place, and a model of the Roman baths located nearby. It covers a wide chronological period, from the Paleolithic to the Middle Ages.
The building housing the museum was built from scratch and inaugurated in 2007.

Opening hours: Mid-Sep. to May 9.30 to 17.30; June to mid-Sep. 9.30 to 18.00.
Entrance fee: €3 (€4 together with Palacio dos Biscainhos)
